users + needs + uses + features = user stories
Listen to customers, but don't give them what they say they want,
think of the problem they're trying to solve.
users = customers = users = customers
"It's as important to define what you don't do, as what you do do."
People use feature requests as a proxy for what they want in the
world. Ask them: "What would that let you do?"
Positive feedback about your product is great but means nothing if
noone will pay for it.
If people have a real problem, they will be showing emotion. If they
are non-chalant, there isn't a need.
